Get Support, Gain Clarity, Find Relief
I have over 14 years of experience in helping individuals to overcome barriers to reach their highest potential in life through therapy and coaching. Through my experiences, I have come to develop a passion for working with high achieving men and women who struggle with people pleasing, perfectionism, and feelings of low self-worth that can stem from unresolved childhood trauma, high functioning depression, anxiety or PTSD.
I received my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Therapy from Richmont Graduate University and a B.S. in Community Health Education/Healthcare Management from Clark Atlanta University, both in Atlanta, Georgia. I am licensed as a professional counselor in Texas (LPC # 75380).
Outside of my work, I practice my own self-care with mindfulness meditation, hip hop step aerobics, yoga and journaling. For leisure, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, curling up with a Netflix series, good food and travel.
